             Our principal address is info@molinodelsanto.com. This address is for all enquiries regarding any aspect of the hotel’s services.
             We aim to reply to e-mails within four hours if they are received between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. during the period that the hotel is open.

              Our main switchboard numbers are + 34 952 16 71 51 and 952 16 72 16. Reception is staffed from 8 a.m. til 8 p.m. every day when the hotel is open and all staff answering within that time scale will speak good English. Calls will generally be answered until midnight by non-reception staff who will not speak as much English.
               When the hotel is closed from November until February, office hours are generally from 10 til 2 on weekdays. Please note that Spanish holidays may mean there is no answer within these times on some days.
