It has rained a lot in the Serrania de Ronda recently - and we apologise to those whose holiday experience may have been dampened slightly by this - but it is just outside our control. However the good news is that Hotel Molino del Santo is looking fantastic now with our little stream turned into a spectacular river full of crystal clear water.
The flowers are beautiful both in the Hotel and in the local countryside around Ronda. It is an ideal time to visit for you to walk and explore.

April looks like being a bumper month for the Ronda area’s leading small hotel. Molino del Santo is already virtually fully booked for every day of this month with just a few gaps. We may be able to offer special deals at the last minute. Please call us if you are able to travel at the very last minute and we will make you the best posible offer.

As the leading rural hotel in the Serrania de Ronda, (the area of mountains around the town of Ronda), we have one of the highest occupation rates of any of the local places to stay.
However we don’t like having empty rooms so if you are able to wait to book until the last minute (usually less than seven days before arrival), do ask about our special last minute offers. We usually offer better rates for stays of more than one night because this involves slightly less work for our cleaners - but you never know your luck.
And don’t forget, kids go free on ALL dates - subject to availability.

As we are a small rural hotel in the Ronda area, we may not have many rooms available and it is best to book early to avoid disappointment. We are not the cheapest hotel but we are the best by far! Whether you are visiting the Serrania de Ronda’s most charming hotel as a resident guest or visting the restaurant, you are in for a gastronomic treat.
As a result of a week long course run by a chef from Barcelona, our food is even better than ever. Small rural hotels attract a lot of custom from offering good food and Molino del Santo now offers the best in the area. Using local ingredients with great flair and imagination is the hallmark of the new menu.
The menu will change with the seasons but is currently offering a delicious array of meat and fish dishes along with vegetarian options. A purée of artichokes is a great new accompaniment to Salmon steaks and Sea Bream with green beans, tomatoes and a carrot emulsion is very popular. Our steaks have been much praised and a pork dish with a wine sauce and shallots always pleases.
We have new desserts too including an orange tiramisu which is the perfect way to finish a meal - or perhaps a white and dark chocolate mousse will tempt you.

Molino del Santo has always thought of itself as the friendliest hotel in the Ronda area - and now we have been told that by the independent readers of the prestigous Karen Brown’s Guide to Spain.

Hotel Molino del Santo’s 2008 season opens on Friday the 15th February and we are already completely full for the first weekend. Sorry about that if you had hoped to visit - charming small hotels in rural Andalucia fill up quickly.
However we are quieter after that for a few days until we are full again from the 23rd to the 28th February so call us and we’ll make you a special offer if you would like to visit in that period. The longer your stay, the better the deal we´ll be able to offer you.
Please remember that until we open on the 15th February our office is staffed from 10 til 2 CET.

We are delighted with the response to our lengthening of our season until the middle of December 2007.
We have had a lot of interest being shown in our rooms and with yoga classes now available every Wednesday morning, there is a good reason to come to stay mid week as well as weekends.
We are also delighted to be able to offer life coaching sessions at any time, individually or in small groups, with Liz Saint. She is so good! Her rates are extremely reasonable and so far the response to her classes has been amazing. Call or e-mail us for contact details.
